Poetry Notes

Poetry touches my emotions more directly than other genres. A few beautiful lines can express deep love, sadness, hope, or loneliness. Sometimes a poem says what I cannot express myself. Poetry also gives me time to stop and think about life and my own feelings. Its beauty lies in saying so much with so few words.
