Let's Learn with Arsal ("we", "us", or "our") is an English-language notes and learning platform offering Grammar, Literature, Poetry, Drama, Novel, Prose, Criticism, and Past Papers content, along with free and premium (paid) study notes. This Privacy Policy applies to everyone who visits our website, creates an account, previews or downloads notes, or makes a purchase.

By using the website, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

We collect the following categories of information:

• Account information: When you register, we collect your email address and a securely hashed password. We do not store your password in plain text.
• Order & purchase information: When you buy a note, bundle, or plan, we record the product purchased, the price, currency (PKR), any coupon code applied, and the resulting order and payment status (e.g. pending, successful, refunded).
• Usage information: We record when a note is previewed or downloaded, tied to your account if you're signed in, or to a hashed identifier derived from your IP address and browser (User-Agent) if you're browsing as a guest. This is used only for legitimate purposes such as enforcing preview limits, fraud prevention, and basic analytics — never sold or shared for advertising.
• Contact form submissions: If you use our Contact page, the name, email address, and message you submit are sent directly to our support inbox.
• Technical information: Standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, and device information, collected automatically as part of operating the website and keeping it secure.

We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information (such as payment card numbers) directly — see the Payments section below.

We use the information we collect to:

• Create and maintain your account, and keep you signed in between visits.
• Process orders, unlock purchased premium notes, and apply valid coupons.
• Enforce fair-use limits on free previews of premium notes.
• Respond to messages sent through our Contact form.
• Detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, abuse, or violations of our Terms of Service.
• Maintain, secure, and improve the website and the notes we publish.
• Comply with applicable legal obligations.

When you sign in, we set a single, essential, HTTP-only session cookie that identifies your logged-in session so you don't have to log in on every page. This cookie normally lasts 7 days, or 30 days if you select "Remember Me" at login. It cannot be read by JavaScript and is used solely to keep you authenticated — not for advertising or cross-site tracking.

We do not currently use third-party advertising or analytics cookies (such as Google Analytics or Facebook Pixel). If this changes in the future, this policy will be updated accordingly.

Free notes are fully accessible to any visitor. Premium notes that you have not purchased show a limited preview only (roughly the first half of the document); the remainder is not served to your browser until you unlock the note through a valid purchase. Downloaded and previewed PDFs carry a subtle Let's Learn with Arsal watermark to protect the content from unauthorized redistribution.

We do not store your full payment card or mobile-wallet details on our servers. Payments are processed through supported payment methods and gateways, and payment confirmation is verified independently before an order is marked successful. We retain only the resulting transaction record (amount, currency, status, and provider reference ID) needed for order history, receipts, and support.

We do not sell your personal information. We only share information with:

• Service providers that help us run the website — for example, our payment processing, file storage, and contact-form delivery providers — solely to the extent needed to provide their service to us.
• Legal authorities, where required to comply with the law, enforce our Terms of Service, or protect the rights, safety, or property of Let's Learn with Arsal, our users, or others.

We retain account and order information for as long as your account is active, and for a reasonable period afterward as needed for legal, accounting, or dispute-resolution purposes. You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time by contacting us — see Contact Us below.

Passwords are stored using strong, salted hashing (Argon2id) — never in plain text. Access to administrative tools is restricted by role, and sensitive actions are logged. While no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, we take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.

You may, at any time:

• Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate account information.
• Request deletion of your account and associated personal data.
• Withdraw consent for optional communications, such as marketing emails, if applicable.

Let's Learn with Arsal is an educational resource aimed at students and is not directed at young children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can remove it.
