By accessing or using Let's Learn with Arsal (the "website"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the website.

Some features — including purchasing and unlocking premium notes — require a registered account with a valid email address and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

You must provide accurate information when registering. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or are used to violate these Terms.

When you access a free note, or purchase and unlock a premium note, bundle, or plan, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view and download that content for your own personal, non-commercial study use.

This license does not permit you to:

• Resell, sublicense, or commercially redistribute any notes or content.
• Share your account credentials or purchased/downloaded files with others.
• Remove, obscure, or alter the Let's Learn with Arsal watermark on any PDF.
• Upload our notes to other websites, file-sharing platforms, or note-sharing groups.

You agree not to:

• Attempt to bypass preview limits, watermarking, or access controls on premium notes.
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access, copy, or download content in bulk.
• Interfere with or disrupt the website, its servers, or its security features.
• Use the website for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any account, system, or data on the website.

Violation of this section may result in suspension or termination of your account, in addition to any other remedies available to us.

Prices for premium notes, bundles, and plans are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) on the Pricing page and at checkout. We reserve the right to change prices at any time; changes do not affect purchases already completed. All orders are subject to acceptance and payment verification — an order is only fulfilled and access unlocked once payment has been confirmed as successful.

Coupon codes, where offered, are subject to their own conditions (eligibility, minimum order value, applicable categories, expiry date, and usage limits). Invalid, expired, or ineligible coupons will be rejected at checkout. We may modify or discontinue any coupon or promotion at any time without prior notice.

Because purchases unlock digital study notes instantly, all sales are generally final and non-refundable once a note, bundle, or plan has been unlocked on your account. If you believe you were charged in error, were double-charged, or experienced a genuine payment or access issue, contact us at subhanali.2009.com@gmail.com and we will review your case. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method at our discretion and may take time to appear depending on your payment provider.

Premium notes you have not purchased may be previewed in part (typically the first half of the document) so you can evaluate the content before buying. Full PDFs, once unlocked or downloaded, carry a Let's Learn with Arsal watermark. Preview and download activity may be recorded to enforce fair-use limits and prevent abuse, as described in our Privacy Policy.

All notes, text, graphics, logos, and other content published on Let's Learn with Arsal are owned by us or our content creators and are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. Except for the limited license granted in Section 3, nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership rights to you.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the website or your account, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or abusive activity, or for any other reason at our discretion, to the extent permitted by law. You may stop using the website and request account deletion at any time.

The website and its content are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. While we take care to publish accurate and helpful study notes, we do not guarantee that any content is complete, error-free, or suitable for any particular exam, syllabus, or purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Let's Learn with Arsal and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the website. Our total liability for any claim relating to the website or a purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant order.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the website after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
